Still both Andies are doing a good job. Tough to be entertaining for 4.5 hours.

Celine Dion is the low point so far. Helps to be playing GTA at the same time.

and, you're right, it's rather drab.

Going to put on a movie after we finish this game of Scrabble. Because people who play Scrabble are always looking for things that are exciting and edgy!

I finally muted the sound...very boring! Just waiting for the ball to drop and then I am going to bed.

The chemistry that Anderson and Griffin had was special.

Or entertaining. It is, as someone else said, “drab.”

Kathy came with material and bits and props and even makeup. She handcuffed Anderson to her one year. Turned his hair pink, she was trying to kiss him and hump him and it was hysterical.

I love her so much.

The reviews do not seem to be very enthusiastic.

But sadly it's really not going well for them and it's worse than I expected. Even Anderson may not be able to stave off a train wreck. Seems a fitting ending for such a sucky year. I haven't seen Don Lemon yet....Has he been on? He's my favorite.

....I normally spend New Year's with friends (at one of the condos so I wouldn't have to drive home around the drinkers) and we always had Anderson and Kathy on in the background.....This year I'm staying in because I'm flying to Dallas really early in the morning for a business project. Thank God for Netflix!

KG made me uncomfortable at times but she was funny and sure knew how to play AC. This idea of Andy Cohen and AC was a dud.

I hadn't watched CNN NYE for years because Griffiths was so irritating and obnoxious.

I think Anderson is so serious that he needs a flirty woman to bring out his playful side.

Randi Kaye at the pot party was funny. I learned that Ripple is making THC cocktail mixes

Don and Brooke were funny. I guess Don had a "date" for the night. Fun to see him kiss another guy, although he kissed Brooke's fiance.

Nobody improvises off the cuff like Kathy, and she was actually having fun with Anderson because she likes him. Kaufmann needs writers. He's not naturally funny. Neither is Anderson.

It isn’t easy to make a long show like that fun and interesting but she did, consistently. All he had to do was feed her straight lines and descend into giggles.

Her punishment did NOT fit her crime. With time, I think a comedian can come back on tour and then start getting TV appearances again. It may be after DT leaves office.

Apparently she has a full schedule around Europe....but no gigs in the US. I agree, punishment most certainly did not fit the crime and sad that Cooper dropped her (according to her, she never heard from him again). With friends like him....

since I never thought she was funny, and can’t stand her. So sue me.
