People like to hear things in terms of dollars and cents, and we can package pretty much our whole platform with the economic justice mantra. It appeals to everyone.

Is not a bad thing to be. White peoples feelings get hurt over this because they tend to not examine the power structure of whiteness—that’s why all the angst and re-examining Trump voters. It’s not that BEING white is bad, it’s the blind thievery of the white and privileged—which is always on display. We just don’t look.

Trump won the electoral college. We won the popular.
