There's a predilection in my own family.

In the tRumps case I think it has more to do with nurture: bad parenting, affection-starved kids, emotional abuse>twisted psyches. A self-perpetuating cycle. Probably all the grand kids will be monsters too.

Also Donnie's dad developed Alzheimer's, which also seems to run in families.
