Trump says "watch what happens" to Bannon. Mercer aide: No longer paying for Bannon's security

Maybe just an unpleasant coincidence, but Trump's ominous tweet

was just hours after this came out in an NYT story:

Ms. Mercer privately blamed Mr. Bannon for at least part of her father’s predicament and declared that she was permanently severing political ties with Mr. Bannon, according to multiple associates with whom she discussed the matter. Her family cut off funding for Mr. Bannon’s personal protective detail, one associate added.

I don't recall reading that detail about the Mercers and Bannon's security detail when the stories were coming out about Mercer stepping down from his company, so this was apparently leaked just since Wolff's book came out and Trump turned on Bannon and, along with RW media, starting trying to turn all Trump supportesrs against Bannon.
