Notices a lot of subdivisions with a lot of mega-church's today

I do estate sales and I live in Wichita. Today I drove out through the suburbs and started to notice a lot of new subdivisions with mega-church's at regular intervals today. The more well to do have moved out to Andover and Derby and such. I drove out to Santa Fe Lake road to look at a sale and started to notice the subdivisions with their mega-church's, restaurants and shopping. These guys have kept themselves so isolated, they do not get out. I think I noticed something I do not quite understand, any insights? I am curious. When I was young yes their was a rich side and a poor side of town, but today it has grown! The division has expanded!!!
