The Clintons are way too smart to engage in that. And in any case the Statute of Limitations is five years. The five years will elapse on 1/20/2018.

Where is this mythical trial going to be held ? Little Rock, DC (love the idea of a jury with ten or more African Americans on it) or NYC ?

Any trial before a Trump appointed judge will essentially be a political trial.

They would love a Clinton Foundation under the media microscope side show going into the mid terms and demand at least equal media time as the Russia probe.

Benghazi and the emails did a lot of damage to Hillary as a candidate. Trump could not have won without that damage.

They can impeach Trump to save themselves saying "Impeaching Trump shows that we're the party to clean up Washington and now we're going to get Crooked Hillary".
