Trump hands out the 'Fake News' awards tomorrow

Has any American President ever done anything so childish?

He spends time on stuff like this (and golfing),
instead of working on our country's problems or international issues.

Thinking ABC's "The View" may get a mention,
since Joy Behar said recently that Trump is afraid of them.

That and Alzheimer's sufferers are too demented to plan ahead, or even tell staff what is going to be tweeted.

Like his "guest appearance" at last week's W.H. press briefing
where his taped statement had to be cut and spliced
to edit him looking, like, smart.

13. The History of Worried Man Blues

“Worried Man Blues,” came from somewhere, but past the first recording of the song in 1930, we do not know much about its history.
A.P. Carter, the tall, lanky male member of the original Carter Family was known for traveling throughout the country and collecting old songs, especially in the Appalachian region.

It is possible that “Worried Man Blues” came from these trips ... and in 1930 he recorded “Worried Man Blues” with his wife Sara Carter and his sister-in-law Maybelle Carter.
Here is the recording.

I seriously hope that the media gives this awards ceremony, the lack of coverage it truly deserves. If it doesn't, then shame of them. If they give it any coverage, what they are saying is that it's okay for this man who lies about everything, to disrespect our constitutionally protected free press on a daily basis, because he can't stand to hear the truth. If the press goes along with his mocking of them, then they don't respect themselves.

As Michael Wolfe said to Savannah Guthrie of ABC News during her interview, when she brought up the point Trump made about his credibility. Wolfe responded, "This is said by a man who has less credibility than any man who has ever walked this earth." How perfectly stated.

The premise would be that the pResident has more important work that he should focus on, so we took this off his hands.

Of course, the awards would go to the totally fabricated and outrageous or those that were made up/out of context but most consequential.... Pizzagate, Uranium One, Obama Birth Certificate, and I am sure there are a gazillion that circulated on social media. Giving awards to the Fake News Media in Macedonia where kids set up fake news and tricked (mostly) conservatives for google ad clicks would help to highlight the actual fake news too.

It would be more intelligent, funny and better produced than anything tRump did and totally take the wind out of his sails.
