Good job being civil. I was just pointing out the error in the thought that all firefighters are good people and that almost no one had made a "mean" comment before you posted about mean comments. My neighbor is a firefighter. He is truly mean. lol. That's being civil.

I was helping install a satellite dish (the big ones, back in the old days) on a high building in Los Angeles and one of our guys sat on the edge of the building with his legs dangling. Just seeing him do that freaked me out so badly I couldn’t breathe.

It's one of the reasons I gave up flying ages ago. Lack of control being the other part. It's just a built in fear that I've been unable to overcome (and have no desire to).

Heights scare me.

Looks like there were no injuries and the fire is contained.

Hopefully the injury to the firefighter is not serious.

That being said, it wouldn't bother me the slightest bit if that tacky, ugly-ass monument to evil burned to the fucking ground.
