Since he is writing to his base for the most part, he does know the impact---he wants to keep them angry!

After Trump’s shithole comment, he retired to the residence alone and sent 7, some factually incorrect, tweets. Woke up 6 1/2 hours later and started tweeting again. The man leading our country is alone w/out checks, and has no comprehension of what he is doing and it’s impact.

Actually I think he DOES know the impact, which is why he does it. He just doesn't care and he likes it bc it gives him attention. Lots of it.

Ditto! He knows exactly who he's talking to, and Twitter is 45's means to wave a shiny object to distract, distract, distract. If no one RT'd, responded, or shared his Tweets, he'd go ballistic. IMO
