and dad a geologist. BUT, we pointed out that letters behinds one's name has nothing to do with their worthiness/esteem - we are all human being and deserve to be respected for who we are.

I remember when the Trump NYT interview came out and she and Ari Melber both received a copy just as she finished subbing for Rachel and Ari was subbing for Lawrence O'Donnell. He asked her to join him to discuss it and after reading it in the hall she provided a terrific analysis. I'm always pleased to see her wherever she appears - and I listen.
