know it's going to be cold there, which might be an added reason. Warm Hugs!

for a work project. I think there will be marches all over and I would be so pumped if the numbers were high enough to at least be noticeable.....IMHO, there should be even more people than last year because he's shown how horrible he really is....

shoes newly reinforced by me, parking pass, list of speakers and musicians printed out, etc. Been to 11 marches in a year and am a pro by now. I always bring whatever fits into a light bag crossed over my shoulder. I need two free arms. I bring a wallet, paper and pen to take notes, bottle of water, tissues (I am passionate and cry sometimes), cell phone, sunglasses and my own "extras". This includes party horns (the noise making, white plastic part) which I have found a must so that I can blow it (hands free) while I make my way through the crowds to get to the front. I bring many to share. I am very short, 5'1" and like to see and hear the speakers as well as be at the front while marching so that I can hear the various chants and get others going again loudly when they start to get tired. I am sort of like a cheerleader. I always wear clothes so I can climb around barricades and cross streets easily and I prefer to go alone since I walk fast and weave in and out to encourage those who are loosing steam.

I have decided to put my former DACA sign and IMPEACH sign back to back. I also always tie balloons to the base of my sign so that it stands out. I will use red, white, and blue on Sat. I am bringing my pink ears headband in case I decide to wear them temporarily since they come off and get lost easily due to my activity. It literally takes me a couple days to recover from a march since I am not very healthy. I am resting up now to prepare. RESIST!!!

My sister, her husband and friend are going separately since I move too fast for them to keep up. Look for a sign with balloons on it (me).

My daughter and I are going and meeting up with friends. We did DC last year, but apparently Newark had a decent turn out of about a thousand, and that was even with UD being on winter break. Hubby has to take son to his voice lesson, so they miss out this year.

Large march planned along the Palm Beach Ocean strip with rally at Mar Lago. How close we can get to Mar Lago will be determined by whether or not the orange menace is in town. Indications now are that he is staying in DC. Temperatures forecast at 68 to 73, perfect for marching.
