Republicans need 9 Democrats for Cloture. Tester (MT) is a "no". These may be considered free votes.

(82,849 posts)Manchin and Donnelly don't mean anything, and they can go back to their shithole states and tell their shithole voters that they tried to stand up for Almighty God and the Holy Military, but the rest of their caucus didn't see it that way.
