Amazon's pricing going up is just for the monthly side and it comes after they essentially ditched certain key players on the executive side in December.

One of those elements was the elimination of one of their channels, Anime Strike, which charged $4.99 for the content on that (there are multiple a la cart channels; this one was extra controversial for a range of reasons).

They moved all that content into the normal tier so everyone got it. Another channel had the same happen.

They're also looking at moving into ad-supported tiers.

But no, it's all about net neutrality...

I hate to see when Democrats come across as just as uninformed as Republicans and fly off the handle with unfounded and ill informed accusations.
