Achleitners internal detectives were embarrassed to deliver their interim report regarding real estate tycoon Kushner to the financial regulator BaFin, states the Manager Magazin story translated from German to English. Their finding: There are indications that Donald Trumps son-in-law or persons or companies close to him could have channeled suspicious monies through Deutsche Bank as part of their business dealings.
No details on the suspicious money transfer were reported. The bank is worried about what the results will mean for its image, according to Manager Magazin.
What BaFin will do about [the banks findings] is not the banks greatest concern, the German magazine reported. Rather, its the noise that U.S. special counsel Robert Mueller
will make in his pursuit of Trump. For he will likely obtain this informationa giant risk to [the banks] reputation.

NEW YORK Five banks, including a big lender to President Donald Trump, have received temporary reprieves from the administration to run businesses that they otherwise would have had to shut down after criminal convictions.
The Labor Department granted Deutsche Bank a waiver from punishment allowing it to continue to manage pension funds and individual retirement accounts for another three years, according to an announcement in the Federal Registry soon after the decision last month. Four other banks convicted in criminal cases were also granted waivers.
