Question: Is Bob Mueller's team shut down during this fiasco?

Are special prosecutor staff members like active duty military -- expected to keep working, only without being paid until after the shutdown? Or do they suspend operations and go on furlough?

Just wondering if this shut down might be a boon to the White House that hasn't been considered.

That the majority of them would work for free - what they are doing is historic in nature and scope.

Maybe even unseal a few indictments to set the tone for Trump's interrogation.
