It was struck down on Oklahoma in 2012:

North Carolina:

(5,807 posts)From the article (bolding mine):
What is the Satanic Temple?
The Satanic Temple is a non-theistic religious organization dedicated to Satanic practice and promotion of Satanic rights. Members of the group dont believe in literal Satan but see the biblical Satan as a metaphor for rebellion against tyranny.
Good for them.

Also, for anyone wondering, TST is not the same as the Church of Satan. Last I heard, CoS has been invaded by alt-right man babies who want to be Satanic for the edginess.

(11,580 posts)To lose an abortion showdown is bad enough, in their eyes, but to lose to a Satanic Temple? Oh, man.
You can cut the irony with a knife.
