Reminded me very much of the speech I heard his grandfather give the day before he was assissnated in 1968.
Filled with passion and compassion, directed to the American people, Joe Kennedy III met and exceed the challenge in such a way that was moving. Kudos to this young Kemnedy.

Heard Joe III speak the weekend before the 2016 election at a Latino Democratic rally in Pennsylvania. He gave about a quarter of his speech in Spanish (learned during his Peace Corps service in the Dominican Republic), and was extremely eloquent ... without any notes. Really got the crowd going. I got to talk to him for a couple of minutes, and when I looked into his face, I gasped. When he turned his head a certain way, he looked so much like his grandfather, Bobby, it was astonishing. Anyway, I found him inspiring that day, and again tonight.
