In all the doom and gloom "What ifs"... This is the first time I heard this one about SCOTUS...

He could make a case to expand the size of the court to whatever.... Let's call it 15...

Imagine 6 new supreme court justices in their 40s and 50s...

FDR tried it in the day but was shut down by his own party. Does anyone think that would happen again this time? I don't...

... it should be that the norms that would have made such an idea laughable in the past are no longer a certain barrier.

I'm confident that if he thought it would save his presidency or legacy.... He'd do it...
