if they can flip off the congress with the kind of majority that came down in favor of these sanctions, they can do anything.

(10,242 posts)That indicate maladministration was part of high crimes and misdemeanors referred to in the Constitution.
But RepubliCON Supremes no longer attempt to analyze what our founding fathers really meant and just wing it based on what they think the words mean. So, yeah not carrying out the duties of the president is a crime but the RepubliCONS are covering for him.
