Trump barely mentioned Wall Street in his speech

I wonder why? There was just this one paragraph, I think:

Small business confidence is at an all-time high. The stock market has smashed one record after another, gaining $8 trillion in value. That is great news for Americans’ 401k, retirement, pension, and college savings accounts.


Probably that's a good thing since the market is tanking right now.

If the market had been up 300 points, instead of down 300, he would have been raving about it.

The speechwriters probably had to make a last-minute change when the market went down so much yesterday.
