You Tube? HBO?

Unlike this country's Christians, Chinese ones are under real persecution. Same goes for Muslims, though the situation here is bad, it is not as dire. I am sure the administration is drooling over the prospects of it. The irony? Both those religions are officially recognized by the government, unlike Judaism. So, as a Jew, I have to wonder if they are willing to do this to "protected" groups, what about those who aren't protected?!

Embassy is near my house in Ottawa. For years there were Falun Gong protesters right outside of it. So the religious persecution is not new. I knew a Chinese economic student. There was a Sri Lankan Tamil demonstration planned for parliament hill about 15 blocks away. The Chinese student was visibly shaking he was so afraid of demonstrations in general. His dad was in the Chinese government too. That is how deluded the chinese are about real democracy. That was a decade ago almost. Obviously threatening anarchy works. And probably a whole list of fears. A religion itself. I would not go to China if I was devout in any way let alone practising a religion that is not recognized. They obviously see Falun gong's emphasis on morality is a threat to the powers that be. Probably why they are afraid of Judaism too. Really who thinks that morality is bad!!!

And, a half hour show at that. Imagine what is NOT being reported! I was surprised he actually called out the EU for being the chicken shits they are in regards to human rights violations when it comes to China. Xi is just one more dictator in the making, no wonder our "president" is so enamored.
