As in Texas a sheriff or deputy was abusing repeatedly a four year old little girl because he knew the mother was an illegal immigrant, and was too scared to tell anyone, and he took advantage of the fear being imposed on them now. He was arrested but this is just another example of abuse , horrible abuse from law enforcement people, so to think its not happening is shameful. Is this why they are refusing to show the babies and the girls?
