Time to say it....."Taking children from parents is an impeachable offense."

Trump doesn't care....................................................
In my opinion... In order to take children from parents, there needs to be a court hearing and judicial determination. Just because these people come here without papers does not cause them to loose their constitutional rights to a fair trial with legal protection...This needs to be taken to the Supreme Court, when it rules in favor of parents and Trump refuses to abide, he needs to be not only impeached but removed.

Yes, they will not impeach him. But this discussion needs to be made. Trump is doing something that the courts do. If..and I say if, rational people discuss this,(Trump needs a court order to do this) .. then Trump will be forced into a corner. Say, why are you doing something "illegal"?... Trump might respond..."This is not illegal!!I can do what I want..this is legal.."

and............................I do believe that.....................................................
......The courts probably will rule against Trump taking children from parents without going to court..

..............................He will look like the total fool that he is..............

This is an absolutely impeachable offense. But it fucking sucks that he won't get punished for that.

This kids have not been allowed "bail" ...If they had been, the parents would have come up with the $25.00. needed. If they didn't have it, people would provide it.

There is no "bail"..and there has been "no trial"...this is totally illegal...

Hopefully we will see Trump punished for this. But that punishment may take time..I hope he gets what he is due..and more..

Gov. Cuomo of NY just told Chris Hayes that it's 20 years settled law that they can't build family detention centers.

And also the worst - that the administration has absolutely no plans to reunite the children already detained with their parents.
