I understand what he means. When it comes to sheer performance, it's a border that's unparalleled in history. He could add that all it needs now is a high torque wall and enthusiastic sensors, but that goes without saying. Sure, the Berlin Wall was a powerful wall in it's day, but that was before the age of fuel injection. This is just the kind of rotational leadership a polydynamic country needs.
I know it's her second (or third) language, but can't his wife help him with his vocabulary?

Being incoherent and incomprehensible at the same time that we can't believe a single word coming out of his mouth represents a particular set of skills we didn't know existed - until now. 
Totally unwatchable. The FDA needs to issue a warning label for damage to brain cells whenever he appears way too frequently.
