For the 1st time in our lifetimes an election will decide if we keep our democracy.

Some people may think I am over reacting, but consider this. If the American people vote to keep the Republicans in control of congress, that will be a mandate for everything Trump has done. Including kidnapping kids. Trump will take it as a mandate. He will be emboldened and he will become worse than he is now. He will destroy the rule of law, he would try to end the investigation. He would attempt to become a king.

Trump is no Hitler, but he is using his playbook.

his shadow government in place when Clinton won. That was very close to losing our democracy right there. This is not the first crisis we have gone through, but it might be the last.

We keep deciding "yes, but" and goofing around with too many elective offices, and here we are, nearer to or right on a tipping point.

foreign interference in our elections.

We’ve reached the tipping point. When the D candidate needs to pull 6-10% more votes to beat their R opponent in gerrymandered districts, what is deciding the result? When hundreds of thousands of voters show up at the polls and their names have been purged from the voter rolls, who is deciding? When the Rs collude with the Russians to win elections, who is deciding? When the SCOTUS hands down decisions that favor one political party over another, who is deciding?
