Notice how no one is calling them conservative any more?

For years I used scare quotes. I said they are not conservative. Conservative means careful, cautious, reserved, incremental,... They are not careful, they are radical and reckless.

Lurking cavers derided me, as they are losers with nothing better to do than stalk. Of course I was 100% correct. They are not conservative. They are to the right of conservatives.

They are fascists.

Using the C-word is validating a group of knuckle draggers that do not deserve respectful validation IMO. I cringe when a DU member uses the C-word when describing these animals.

The conservative tradition is a time honored one based on some logic and reason. This iteration has no logic and no reason. It's a hate based cult.
