Hugely important: Trump E.O calls for detention of families NOT just while parents are prosecuted for misdemeanor illegal entry. He wants to detain them for their immigration proceedings too--proceedings that often take years to complete.

If the wave of decriminalization if marijuana continues. Due to economy and other factors, crime is down.

Must fill prisons with hopeful immigrants and refugees and their children who’ve done nothing wrong other than attempting an arduous and dangerous journey to our borders.
