No one comes in & no one goes out that cannot be identifyed
Including his attorney.

Maybe he's no longer at that facility ..

though it's possible that manafort's lawyers wanted to get the court to order it to make sure the prison actually did keep him in isolation.

they put you in solitary confinement.

The guys I worked with hated that (and did it rarely) because solitary is pretty terrible.

Essentially it says so many people hate him he can’t be put in with other inmates.
