There is a huge segment--at least 30%--that are die hard racists. And even though they are in the minority, they've been given
permission to assert their bigotry and are backed up by the weasly Republicans who value their power and dominance instead of
their oath to support The Constitution.

That almost guarantees that we have more racists than some states have people.

Note the South in the US traditionally lacked social capital, i'm guessing due to slavery and jim crow, while the north had tons. then why not fake-call a noise complaint? Supposedly you are trying to intimidate your neighbors into being quieter... supposedly you don't object to selling water... So why fake call the water-selling? Why not the yelling? WOuldn't that more directly intimidate them into the outcome you're interested in?

Are we supposed to think she truly believes that her neighbors have such an accurate and nuanced understanding of both noise ordinances and sales permits regulations such that they would know she's bluffing if she fake-calls a noise complaint, and only a fake-call on the water-selling will do?

I suspect she didn't want them to be quiet, she wanted them out of sight.

And if so, what reaction she got to that request. I would be curious to see what immediately precipitated her getting on the phone before the woman began recording her. The woman who recorded her seems to have done so with the intention of posting it online and spreading it via social media (she says "the whole world's gonna see you" while recording her) so perhaps they had an argument first?

That seems to be the nature of this kind of video -- outsiders can never feel 100% certain they understand the context fully just based on the video, and the different parties don't help with their divergent backstories.

Maybe this one will be different, but I won't hold my breath.
