Hillary won the people, and if voting were required, probably would have won in a landslide.
Yet to the media, we simply don't exist.
I just read the 17,422,891st thread on this board (maybe en exaggeration) linking to an article where drumpf voters are interviewed.
I'm so sick of it.
Why don't we matter? And this goes back to election season when ALL we ever heard from was the angry drumpf voter. Even during the primary OTHER RETHUG supporters could not get any airtime or interviews
Just out of curiosity I googled "Clinton voter interview" just to see if there are a ton of articles I've just missed. I found ONE Clinton voter article from Washington Post on March 30th on the first google page. There was also one from Politico Magazine that was more of a hit piece on Clinton voters than actually letting them air their beliefs.

(2,577 posts)Our party doesn't exist, either. I am tired of hearing that Dems don't have a message or aren't doing anything. They are!! They just get NO coverage.

(14,167 posts)I can barely speak to a someone I know is a Trump supporter... and when I do, I struggle to control my profanity.
That's why the public shaming of Trump officials needs to continue, whenever they are in public. We know all about how angry the MAGAts are.
Maybe they should start feeling our wrath too. Not only with our words, but with our actions and dollars and votes.

Also, in my view, if you let them tell you what they think, then eventually you will be in their orbit (the first step in control).

(16,994 posts)There's been lavish attention given to Trump and then the plethora of articles explaining how Trump voters feel about all this. You'd never know that Hillary Clinton won the popular vote.
Then again, thinking back to 2000, I don't recall that the media narrative then was that we were a divided country and that Bush should watch how he treads, either. It was "Move along, people; nothing to see here." Of course now it's worse, because Dubya wasn't treated as this endlessly fascinating creature.
