His shows and books were so refreshing to me especially after 43's era, a true worldly man with great insight and you just knew he loved people.

Who ever thought food could so interesting and fun to watch?, I sure didn't until he came along, I even tried a couple of new food items when I was in New Orleans four years ago just because of his recommendations.

I will watch it all again someday soon just to celebrate the man but not quite yet.
