Twiltler's followers are only a little less violent than the SA.
Steve Bannon is Ernst Rohm... and only "killed" metaphorically and power wise.
If Twitler's followers ever organize to "stop the invading hordes" on the border with guns and stuff... We are then directly analogous to the Germany of the mid-1930s... as it is, we are merely doing a more up to date version but without the bloodshed (so far).

I'm a bit reluctant to make an analogy with Hitler's era before WWII. It is often said, however there are more differences than similarities with our era.
This said, I'm clearly not minimizing the danger Trump represents. If we do not react, we may end in disaster which could surpass WWII's.
