I think he said that because he is trying to play to the Conservatives. Conservatives love to claim Democrats want to castrate black men. They love to claim that Democrats want to feminize black men. Claiming that he felt castrated will make Kanye a darling of Conservatives.

Just to be clear I do not think Kanye is unaware of what happened to black men in this country. I think he is using that history to try to gain himself more support from Conservatives.

I always thought Clinton embracing him was a mistake during the election. I know it was a package deal with Beyonce.
