(6,139 posts)the new justice will be confirmed well ahead of november elections. Same sex marriage ruling and roe v wade are officially on life support. Ill give them two years tops. And of course we can forget about obamacare as we know it, not to mention medicare for all, the new SC will strike those lawa if passed in a heartbeat.

(6,139 posts)they werent acts of congress. He is more open to rulings if its acts of congress like ACA. I have no doubt hed overturn those two cases in a pinch to correct errors of the past.
