Kennedy actually voted to strike down the ACA completely in their first case, it was Roberts and the 4 liberal justices who let it survive in part. King V Burwell dealt with the topic of wether or not the ACA insurance subsidies were legal (remember the whole "exchange established by State" thing?), that's the case Kennedy sided with Roberts + the 4 liberals to allow the subsidies.

6. Don't Call It Obamacare - It's Trumpcare......

they sabotaged it enough to make it a shadow of its original self. We got to hang whatever happens to healthcare on Trump and the Repugs. One thing you can be sure of - they won't make whatever comes next anywhere as good as the ACA. It will be worse. It will be turning back the clock. The insurance companies will play Doctor/God - and the American People will suffer and die - with or without health insurance.
