Experts: Ruling on Trump comments could aid other lawsuits

By SUDHIN THANAWALA, ASSOCIATED PRESS

... Chief Justice John Roberts said Tuesday the Supreme Court "may look behind the face of the proclamation" barring travelers from five countries with overwhelmingly Muslim populations, though he adopted a relatively easy standard for the administration to justify its travel policy.

Allowing consideration of the president's statements is good news for plaintiffs in other immigration lawsuits against the administration, said Niels Frenzen, an immigration expert at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.

"They could have said it's improper to consider any statements made on the campaign trail," he said. "That would have started to close the door in considering this outside evidence."

Still, Frenzen and other experts cautioned that the standard the Supreme Court adopted in its 5-4 ruling was highly deferential to the president ...

I mean, statistics show that men are like 5X more likely to commit violent crimes than females (a FAR higher probability than that of all people from those 8 countries overall would do so ... given that NONE of their citizens have ever killed a US citizen on US soil).

And since the Trumpists are all 'itz teh KONSTITUSHUN SAYS POTUS CAN BAR ANYONE if he thinks their entry could be DETRIMENTAL to security that's the LAW!' ... a female POTUS could certainly ban entry of all males from other countries from entering based on this SCOTUS decision. The power granted is ABSOLUTE, all the POTUS has to do is say 'this class of aliens entering is detrimental to security', and THAT'S IT?!?

Since it's THEIR guy, though, and people they HATE being banned ... in THIS case ... it's all inscribed and ordained by the friggin hand of GAWD + the Constitution itself.

But watch how FAST they'd do a total fucking 180 from their bullshit justification NOW of why this is all perfectly righteous and fine ... if men were banned from entering the US?!?

When a Supreme Court legalizes religious discrimination by ignoring , excusing away just cause against it. They already destroyed our elections with dark money , and legalizing bribes paid to candidates and their campaigns from billionaires and criminals. Our Supreme Court has been corrupted now for personal political gains. Now loyalty to trump is more important than loyalty to our country and the rule of law. Sad sad day.
