He was waiting for an investigation to clear his name.

We need him so much NOW. I will never never never support Gillibrand in any way. I used to think I would grudgingly vote for her if she were the nominee. Not now when I see the damage she wrought to him, the Senate, and the country by her refusal to follow due process. I will support and vote for and donate to down-ticket Dems.
