The shots of the chamber during voting for the speaker were incredible.
The Democratic side, full of women, men, minorities, people of color, young and old.
On the Republican side...old white men.

I thought the same thing for a sec. Then I realized, as you have, that it's not just the different clothing, it's what that clothing represents. And the gender differences. And the age differences. And the passion. I may not agree with AOC on everything, but you can't deny her energy. She may prevail on some issues, and may not on others, but I hope she retains her energy and commitments, along with her fellow reps.
