but will Tiny accept it? I can imagine him feeling so miffed about having to accept that investigation from that woman that he refuses to do a conventional SOTU address and instead goes on Fox News for his "speech." There is no requirement for a SOTU speech; a report can be delivered in writing. And that would be fine with me.

If he had to deliver that report, it would read as follows:
ArgleBargleBargleArgleWall,
ArgleBargleBargleArgleBigly, ArgleBargleBargleArgleObama, ArgleBargleBargleArgleEmailz,

And just repeat this for 30 fuckin pages.

Article II
Section 3

He shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them, with respect to the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper; he shall receive ambassadors and other public ministers; he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.

Doesn't have to be a speech. State of the Union address could be some red crayon scribblings on toilet paper.

Oh, looky here, the very next section of the Constitution:

Section 4

The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Isn't that interesting?

Bribery is it's own impeachable category (separate from high crimes and misdemeanors).
I read this to mean that if the special prosecutor can submit evidence to the Senate that Trump took so much as a thin dime in bribe money for anything, NOT convicting him would be a political act, instead of a LEGAL one.

Trump Hotel may be the Russian Laundromat but Florida is where access gets sold face to face.

It will be interesting to see if there is honor among thieves. How long will McConnell protect Trump?
