If you watch Trump when he speaks off the cuff, you can tell that he is mentally ill. But his craziness is "manna from Heaven" for the talking heads. Cable talk show ratings are at an all time high. Major newspapers are making the first decent profits in years. Why would they point our that we are watching a crazy man? Instead they have learned, respected experts having serious discussions on the weird things he says.
