Let's see if I have this correct.

Drumpt, confronted by a properly elected Democratic House, decides to ignore their will and misappropriate funds to give to the military to violate the Posse Comitatus Act and rules of Imminent Domain.

If the Supreme Court supports this action, they will have codified a dictatorship by way of Drumpt I the Tyrant.
