I think Schumer was a co-sponsor or at least supported it in the version that came up last year or the year before, but I hadn't heard he had said anything about it in this session. I read some Repubs were calling for it to come to the floor at Truthout yesterday but the source was the Intercept and I didn't want to link anything from them as they're rumor-mongers with an agenda. I also heard from another source other Dems were standing tough and refusing to look at anything but budget legislation. The House will be sending individual authorizations for various segments of the government and word is some Repubs are on the edge of peeling away from Trump. In any case whether you support such boycotts is kind of beside the point when the issue is these anti-BDS laws...they're unconstitutional on so many levels yet we have them in 23 states I think?
