maybe tonight's shit show is exactly the shit show we need.

maybe by the orange asshole going on national tv doing what he does so best: lie, blather and talk in circles, is what the national audience needs to see writ large.

I have this itchy feeling that the fallout from this national spectacle tonight will be epic in it's failure for the orange asshole.

so bad it will be, that there will be no way in hell for him to lie his way out.

tonight we will witness the emperors new clothes. (pardon the mind bleaching metaphor)

...recent Cabinet meeting and Rose Garden press conference. Trump
really showing how unhinged his is. But if that doesn't happen and he just
reads from the teleprompter his straight Steven Miller composed screed
against "criminal illegals flooding across our Southern border", badly read
and punctuated with his usual silly asides, that may be enough to cost him
even more support.

Trump to be Trump tonight. To trust his gut instincts and abandon script. If ever there was a moment to look for that shark and take flying leap, tonight’s the night. He needs to be in full-throated, full-throttle campaign mode and have a full locker of red meat at the ready and keep going until the last network cuts into its regular programming.

IMO.
