Russian deputy attorney general, Saak Albertovich Karapetyan, who is thought to have directed RU attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya in her efforts abroad on behalf of RU's government, reportedly died Wednesday night in a helicopter crash unauthorized helicopter flight, outside Moscow.
