Having abused the shit myself in the past (yes, I'm a recovering addict), I can tell you that once you shovel in enough of that crap, control over your mouth and the pure Insanity that billows out in constant streams goes a LONG, long way towards explaining his more manic outbursts.

I hope like hell he loads up before this speech and runs his train clean off the tracks, people need to see him do it, us telling them is not enough.

Actually, the reason I started taking narcotics to begin with was to dull my intellect enough that I was less of an overt target for my stupider peers who tended to bully any student able to answer a teacher's questions.

That's how it started, for me anyways.

The thing that Adderall does which people confuse with increased intelligence is, instead it elevates output, the more you take, the higher it cranks up. A good example would be on a night I took it, if I saw a post on Facebook or wherever I felt compelled to respond to, or an article to share, my dialog would balloon into something at times I spent well over an hour composing, just gobs and gobs of fucking incessant bullshit, no elevation in wit or sentiment whatsoever.

On the way back down, if I scanned what I'd posted during the high, I was more often than not embarrassed enough to remove it. It's painful seeing a full color distortion of yourself, a drug induced caricature, but I doubt Trump is capable of such introspective self-injury with the toxic false pride he's infected with. HE would read his own ranting and raving and probably recognize it as "genius".

Edit: and yes, almost exactly like cocaine. Chemically, cocaine, meth, and ecstasy are very, very similar. The highs of each easily overlap in substance and consequence.
