Exclusive: Mueller Is Holding Top Secret Intelligence That Will Sink the Trump Presidency

"SNIP....
The answer lies in a highly secretive intelligence program run by the National Security Agency (NSA). Its called travel tracking and its existence, like so many NSA top-secret operations, was revealed by Edward Snowden, the disgruntled agency IT contractor who fled to Moscow in June 2013 with over a million classified documents from the NSA and other U.S. spy agencies.
Travel tracking means that the NSA and its Five Eyes Anglosphere intelligence partners know whos going where by air, and when, anywhere. They can even crack into WiFi and mobile phones in flight, according to top secret-plus documentsstolen and leaked by Snowden. Unless youre traveling under alias documents of the kind issued by higher-end spy services, the NSA and its close friends know where youre headed.
There ends the mystery of how Mueller and his investigators knew about Manafort and Kilimniks off-record rendezvous in Madrid at the beginning of Donald Trumps presidency. It also means that the Special Counsel knows the truth regarding Michael Cohens alleged summer 2016 trip to Prague to parley with Kremlin spies on behalf of his then-client, our 45th president.
Mueller really does know everything, joked a former Intelligence Community (IC) senior official whom Ive known for years. The IC gave the Special Counsel everything we had that might be of relevance to their investigation, most of it came from NSA. Which hardly surprises, since something like 80 percent of the actionable intelligence in the IC emanates from the NSA, the worlds most productive spy agency.

No, I think the information masking is happening, not because of national security reasons, but because it doesn't match the "message" that the leaders want us to hear.

(3,786 posts)I believe that most of the Branch Donaldians are fully prepared to turn a blind eye to any and all evidence that suggests their mancrush is anything OTHER than the only begotten son of Jesus and Superman. But being actively blocked from viewing any of the evidence against him will only prove, in their minds, that there IS no evidence, and that his removal from office (and whatever else happens after that--please prison, please prison) is nothing more than a "Deep State" conspiracy to get rid of him because he "scares them so much" (no lie, I've had a Trump Cultist actually say this to me--Trump scares the "Deep State" because he's an "outsider" who's going to radically change things).
That's why I believe that anything that doesn't immediately endanger national security should be made public. Having everything be secret will only make Trump the martyr that his cult members desperately want.

But if the case is not rock-solid, they will take up arms and kill people. Some will anyway, but a lot fewer people will die if Mueller presents a rock-solid case in a detailed incontrovertible report.

Jared Kushner, the 25-year-old son of a wealthy New Jersey developer who was sentenced to prison last year, has bought The New York Observer, paying what one person familiar with details of the sale said was nearly $10 million for a majority stake in the weekly newspaper.
I own The New York Observer, he said yesterday. Mr. Kushner said that he bought the newspaper because it was a marquee property in the media capital of the world, and that the opportunity to buy a newspaper did not come around very often. The papers relatively small circulation 50,000 belies its influence, particularly in New Yorks media, political and real estate circles.
He also said The Observer was a good brand that could one day make a lot of money, though it now loses about $2 million a year.
Because every side of the transaction is private, it is difficult to precisely determine the financing behind the deal. It is not clear how much of a stake Mr. Kushner bought, but Arthur Carter, the current publisher of The Observer, is retaining some interest and will be offering the new owner strategic advice.

(109,025 posts)it doesn't help Manafort's case. The campaign polling data was sent to the Russians beginning in the spring of 2016.
Since the Russians were interested in concessions on Ukraine, the fact that Manafort was meeting with Kilimnik after the election isn't helpful to his case.
https://www.cnn.com/2019/01/08/politics/manafort-russia-court-deadline/index.html
Manafort's filing also acknowledges he met with Kilimnik in Madrid. Later Tuesday, Manafort spokesman Jason Maloni said that meeting was in January or February 2017, after Trump was elected. There are two known meetings during the campaign between Manafort and Kilimnik.

... knows about the survalence cameras that might show Michael Cohen. Forget the pre pre stuff and focus on the important part of the Steele dossier that Cohen met with Russians in Prague in the late summer of 2016 to help rig the elections.
I would put money on that Ivanka and Jared were there too.

(14,180 posts)The investigation will probably go on for at least another 6 months. And we still don't really know what will come out of it all. Or how much they'll bury for "national security" reasons.
I think it will be the ultimate end of the Trump presidency, but ffs can we wait a bit before cracking the champagne? Because I'll bet dollars to donuts there will be some results we will be angry about, that Mueller didn't investigate, or if he did, we are not happy with the conclusion presented.

(4,041 posts)The Exalted Orange Leader will do his utmost to shitcan the results of the investigation the day it comes out, as is evidenced not only by the appointment of the snake, Whittaker, but by Barr as well. His newly appointed corral of seventeen additional lawyers are hard at work as we speak.
After all the time this investigation has taken, after all of the hours of sitting on the edge of the couch listening to Rachael, wondering what Mueller knows, after all the cussing, pissing and moaning, I feel the American public has the right to actually know what went down, how it went down, and what the repercussions should be. This is epic groundbreaking information, and WE THE PEOPLE CAN HANDLE IT!
After all of the bullshit, fiascos, and scandals that have emanated from the mouth of this farce of a so called President and his complicit band of gypsies, no news could be any more damaging or disruptive. However, nothing would be more assuring to we the people than to know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
