Is "Bill Barr" really Steve Bannon? Or vice-versa?

Looks like they cleaned up Steve Bannon so that he can play Bill Barr in Trump's continuing soap opera. Or maybe "Steve Bannon" was really Bill Barr on a binge. You be the judge:
