Is anyone else as offended and angered as I am when the talking heads talk of the

upcoming Barr confirmation hearing as though it was some sort of thrilling sporting event? The outcome will have a drastic effect on whether or not we survive Trump, and the jokes and giggles of these vacuous twits just make it seem like another inevitable display of authoritarianism.

"Oo-o-o-ey! We gonna see some 'fireworks' from the Democrats!"

If there is none, they will create some. Cause who wants to hear boring old straight news? No money for the network powers that be in that jazz.

It's about profits. Others as well. But profits are why they do as they do.

... so they try to keep us glued to the TV and worried about the next hot news story.

I've found it very easy to keep my TV off all day, and I rarely turn it on before the 6 o'clock news.

So just getting info from here and cable, and I don't listen to cable much!

They are all vicious twits, however, and should be roundly ignored. Don't contribute to the ratings by tuning them in! I got Neilsened (the ones that call you) once. They really didn't like what I had to say...
