But then he kept hedging over and over. Kept talking about the regulations (which gives him broad discretion and he can change with the stroke of a pen).
He's shown how out of touch that he is and he's said very little about his meeting with tRump.
He should be questioned more about that meeting, why he didn't share the memo with Mueller's office and more about SDNY to make sure he lets them do their job without interference.
These things need to be on the record.
He'll likely be confirmed. Ugh.

I've been leaning more towards him and Kamala Harris lately for 2020.

Barr's memo was his way of paying obsequious homage to Dirty Donny, the republican Draft-Dodger-in-Chief.
