Trump shutdown meant to "flush out" and shrink gov't (+ sell it out for parts)

According to the tweet that Trump shared today, his intention is to keep the government shutdown to flush out the resistance. He wants a smaller government and is using this as a way to force people to quit.

he is an expert in bankruptcy. How to bancrup a company:
1. Induce flight of most qualified employees via appointing the least qualified to rule the company (agency).
2. Reduce funding as much as possible.
3. Watch as the company (agency) shrinks and loses power until it’s eliminated altogether.

The RW goals are well known: Abolish IRS, EPA, DoED, etc.

He's purging. The gutless GOP won't intervene as long as he's also accomplishing the goals you stated.
